MX Express v12

MX Express Elite is now being intergrated into the current app of MX Express. Users will now be able to sign into the app with their Google account, and purchase a yearly subscrition for $1.99 USD* Show your support for the application development and gain special access to our new secure cloud hosted services, now allowing users the ability to create a private account online, access your personal database from any supported Android Device! *Want to share your private databases with friends or coworkers? Now you can via the cloud share options! MX Express will also introduces new *Organizational functions, such as a *shared Quick Reference List, *Organizational Search History from those who are currently joined to that Organization and more! Users will also get special access to the new *server information dashboard and more!

Additionally, supporters will also be the first to experience new features and experiences before limited releases or updates to MX Express free edition! All proceeds go to supporting the continued development and the associated cost with maintaining the application. Additional information will be released as development continues as well as in app screenshots & walk through videos.

Note: currency will be converted by the Google Play Store automatically for each geographical region's local currency equal to $1.99 USD.

Paid access is charged once a year and linked to the users Google Play Store account. Paid access is for unique features to include user cloud data hosting access, online sharing of Quick Reference List, and proprietary designs of the application UI or other features which are not available for free public use by other means. Users are not being charged for the publicly available data which is free of charge to access through many other search engines, or via MX Express (free edition).

All mentioned features are planned for release and may not be initially available, however once mention features are available, if a user is already subscribed these features are automatically enabled on each application update.

Users who choose to cancel their subscription can do so at any time, however it should be noted that once a yearly charge has been made, it may not be refunded depending on the unique situation of that specific user. Users can cancel the yearly renewing charge at any time though their Google Account subscription management on their devices. Users who cancel renewing charges, will continue to have access for the remaining period of time previously purchased, however at the end of this time, users will not be able to upload any new records to their personal cloud or organization databases. Users will continue to have read only access to the records previously stored, however no new records will synchronize with our servers until the subscription is renewed. Users will have approx. three to six months to renew before risking data being removed from our servers. A final email notification will be sent to the email on file for an affected account before the data is removed. In the event the user data is removed at the end of the grace period, all data that has been saved on the users device from the servers will still be accessible on that device only. Deleting the app or changing devices will remove this data. Data that is removed due to inactive subscriptions will be archived for an additional period of time however it will be inaccessible to the user. Users in this situation should contact us with a support request to restore their data if this should happen.

Note that user and organization cloud-based data is not saved or synchronized with your Google Drive account, or Google servers. All data is synchronized and securely stored on MX Application owned and operated servers.

Note about third parties: All user and organizational data is stored on MX Application servers only! No third party has or will ever have access to your personal or organizational data. Records, user data, location data, bug reports or any other data stored on MX Application servers will NEVER be sold or given to any third party under any circumstance with the exception of a court ordered request in which MX Application would be legally obligated to release. In these rare events if they should occur, the owner user(s) would be notified about the request.
