1. Private data we receive and collect

Data collected is used to analyze application responsiveness, crash logs, app functionality, and the overall health of the application on a user device. The below items contain all of the items that MX Application collects on its software and applications. Please note the last item as to data that is not tracked, logged, or kept at any time. MX Application and its software applications will never sell or release any user data to third parties working fully within the confines of all applicable laws in the United States of America and its territories. Please note the individual software privacy policies for your mobile carrier, corporate IT team, Internet Service Provider (ISP), and or applicable mobile app store. MX Application in no way has any control over additional data not defined below that these entities might or may collect.

1.1. Personal Information

In application user submissions for support/service tickets and or item suggestions has an optional feild for the user's name and email address. Users may choose to fill this field in, however, MX Application will not be able to contact that user for further assistance or other communications without this information. If and when this data is received, the user data is kept in a secure database for later reference. It will never be sold or used by any third party without the user's direct consent (a follow-up email would be sent stating the intent of the request and asking for permission if no response is received the request would be considered denied).

1.2. Application Performance Analytics

The data collected here is non-user specfic, meaning it cannot be traced back to anyone perticular user. These datasets are collected by each applicable application store provider and are available for MX Application to review. The data collected may contain crash logs, user hardware device profile such as make/model of the device, and the carrier of said device. A crash report will also contain specific application state information relating to a crash and what the application was doing at the time.

2. Software Application Specfic Details

The software listed below outlines additional data that might be or is acquired that is unique to said software.

2.1. MX Express (Android)

Nation Stock Number / Part Number Search(s) - The time stamp of when the search was performed, to include full date and time marker. The item / part name, FSC + NIIN (NSN), and the part number are also stored for historical record-keeping analytics. This data is also used in-app to display the global amount of user searches that the application has accomplished. No user-specific data is stored, IE: name, email, device id, carrier, geolocation, IP, or MAC address.
Idea Program - The Idea Program is an option user driven submission with all data feilds being optional. Users may submit data to our servers, however, please note that once data is submitted, it cannot be deleted or retrieved by the user. Data that is stored includes, the time and date stamp when the request was received, the (optional) Name of the supplied user, the (optional) user-supplied email address, and the (optional) message the user wishes to submit to us. Please note requests received that do not contain readable or relevant data will be ignored by our review / analytic team members.
New Part Submissions - All data received is optional for the user to submit, although please note that request received that do not contain reliable or relevant data will be ignored by our review / analytic team members. Once data is submitted, it cannot be deleted or retrieved by the user. Data stored includes the date and time stamp the request was received by our servers. The FSC + NIIN (NSN), part number, item name, unit of issue, supply code, unit cost, user email address, and any additional comments. Users must supply an email address if they wish to be contacted regarding the request, however, this is optional.
Data Not Transmitted or Stored - The following items are never transmitted to or stored on our servers, it is stored on the user's own device(s), and lost data cannot be retrieved by MX Application. Users unique search history, personal quick reference list, personal job guide reference list, users personal notes, users personal annual performance report 'bullets', and any part image(s) taken. Please note any information that is stored and or used in these activities is only stored on the user's local device. It cannot be transmitted, stored, or transferred.

3. User Rights to Data

An indvidual user may request that a special curcemstance warrents a review of that users submitted data for permanent deletion/removal from our active servers. This is a case-by-case basis and MX Application reserves the right to deny any such request unless directly ordered to do such action in a court of law. Once a request is received and approved the data set will be verified and removed from our active servers, the data may however remain archived for an undermined amount of time at MX Applications discretion with no reason given, however, this will usually be to protect our assets in the event a legal request is made by a court action requiring us to release this information. In any such case, the user who submitted said data may be held liable for any legal cost associated with such inquiry. Although this has never happened we believe chance favors the prepared. Please note that a user's request must be verified, meaning that it can be 100% identified that the request is linked to a dataset stored on our server. Users that submitted requests without a user's name or email cannot be verified and will automatically be denied.

4. Additional Informantion

MX Application will never sell any data assoicated with its users, their activities or any user data that might or may be stored on our privately owned servers. MX Application will never support in-app/software paid or unpaid advertisements. MX Application will not support third-party plugins, software, or code that goes against our stated privacy values as stated above. MX Application is a privately held company, any data not directly displayed on our website or in our applications/software will never be released to the general public or a third party. All of our application/software source code, public releases, websites, database, or other not already identified resources are privately owned and all rights to said privately owned property is reserved. MX Application reserves the right to alter, change, add or delete any part of the above privacy statement, terms of service, application support, databases, websites, and or remove our applications/software from public release at our discretion and without notice or reason given. MX Application does not support third-party application/software stores not directly identified on our website, users who download any of our assets and or software from third-party locations assume all risks associated with such activities. MX Application does not consent to any publicity directly identifying MX Application or its software/applications without prior written notice and agreement.
